
The second part of the budget session of Parliament starts its proceedings on Monday through the submission of various ministerial documents to both Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha. The parliamentary session welcomes different standing committee findings as well as proposed bills which both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha will discuss.

Members Biplab Kumar Debshri and Jai Prakash of the Lok Sabha will introduce to the House its first report about member absenteeism from parliamentary sessions. Priyanka Gandhi Vadra representing Congress together with BJP’s Saumitra Khan will present to members three reports of the Home Affairs Standing Committee: “(1) 251st Report describing government actions on T245th Report recommendations about ‘Prison – Conditions, Infrastructure and Reforms’, (2) 252nd Report covering Demands for Grants (2025-26) of the Home Affairs Ministry and (3) 253rd Report examining Demands for Grants (2025-26) of the Development of North Eastern Region Ministry.ย Members of the Rajya Sabha Dr Radha Mohan Agrawal and Ajay Makan will deliver identical reports.
Sahkar Se Samriddhi
The Chief Minister will present budget estimates for 2025 State of Manipur finances and secondary funding requests for 2024-25. Amit Shah the Home Minister intends to seek approval from the parliament to name the Institute of Rural Management Anand as “Tribhuvan” Sahkari University while granting it national institution status by establishing it as the official name through legislative measures. The institution runs by the university delivers technical and management education and training about co-operatives and conducts co-operative research and development activities to achieve worldwide educational excellence with financial prosperity achieved by “Sahkar Se Samriddhi” at different institutional frameworks which function as university schools.
